0-3 YEARS: FIELD & STUDY

Spend time on crews rotating between three main services

2-8 YEARS: FOREMAN & STUDY

$32,000-$38,000
Based on abilities, attributes, and desires, after rotating through the three main services you will move up to become a Landscape Foreman, Enhancement Foreman, OR and Irrigation Technician.

3-10 YEARS: ACCOUNT/ENHANCEMENT MANAGEMENT

$40,000-$60,000
Once you have completed “Field and Study” and “Foreman and Study” and received necessary certificates and licenses, you may be considered for Account Management, Enhancement Management, or Sales Management.

6 YEARS AND BEYOND: OPERATIONS MANAGER

$55,000-$85,000
Gain 4 years or more of experience in the proceeding management positions, and you will have learned an incredible amount and may qualify for the Operations Manager.
