Once you have completed “Field and Study” and “Foreman and Study” and received necessary certificates and licenses, you may be considered for one of the following:

Account Management

• $40,000-$60,000
• Knowledgeable about company, horticulture field work, and management procedures.
• Best suited to someone who is personable, organized, detailed and has a desire to achieve.

Enhancement Management

• $40,000-$60,000
• Knowledgeable about company, enhancement field work, and management procedures.
• Best suite to someone who is personable, aggressive, and has a desire to get things done.

Sales Business Development

• $45,000-$85,000
• Once the landscaping side of the operations is learned and experienced, and once all of the horticultural certifications have been completed, you may qualify to be part of our sales team.

Gain 4 years or more of experience in the proceeding management positions, and you will have learned an incredible amount and may qualify for:

Operations Manager

• $55,000-$85,000
• Prerequisite: Spend time as an account manager or enhancement manager.
• Takes many years of training…quite a goal to be achieved. Dream big!
