We recently served as the general contractor for a landscape renovation and outdoor space installation at the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute. This project was not only complex in scope, but deeply rewarding in purpose.
As a leading Oklahoma commercial landscape contractor, we managed every phase of this outdoor transformation, coordinating with electricians, plumbers, lighting specialists, landscape architects, concrete teams, and the facility’s own management. Our role as the GC meant we were responsible for seamless communication and quality control across the board.
The goal? Create a peaceful, functional outdoor waiting area for patients and visitors—one that supports wellness through thoughtful landscape design and accessibility. As with many large-scale property management projects, there were hurdles—certain phases were delayed, and some subcontracted work initially fell short of the facility’s high standards. But we were on-site and hands-on to ensure every detail met expectations and contributed to the overall vision.
Our team installed a complete commercial irrigation system, added plants to a long raised bed, and enhanced the space with several smaller interior and exterior beds. The result is a green, inviting environment that patients now enjoy every day.
