While there is some flexibility in our approach, we are particularly interested in adding companies that have the following profile:

• Owner who is willing to stay involved for three or more years to provide the best possible situation for everyone involved.
• Annual revenues of at least $3 to 10 million.
• A primary focus on commercial landscape maintenance, although some level of construction and design build operations will be considered.
• A strong management team that would enjoy the challenge of accelerating the growth of their brand.
• Operations that have been consistently profitable in the past and demonstrate a continued upside.
• Operations smaller than $3 million in markets where we currently operate.
